At Perfumehead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience; however, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the fragrance remains in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging and place it securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
